PRIVACY / CURRENT RELEASE

Your pet.
Your device.

How this version of Rizo World works.

Updated 4 October 2026.

Local game data

The game stores pet names and progress, inventory, preferences, a randomly generated Keeper ID, game-mode checkpoints, backups, and recovery copies in browser storage. Installation reminders may also be stored locally. You do not need to provide a name, email address, or online account to play.

This release has no cloud save service. Exported saves download to your device. Imports are read in the browser. Garden Codes carry information you choose to copy and share; they are not automatically uploaded to a social service.

Website requests

Your browser requests pages, game code, and artwork from the website host. The game checks for updated files and may cache them for offline use through a service worker. These requests expose normal connection information to the host, such as IP address, requested URL, and browser information. Hosting logs and retention depend on the deployed host; this repository does not set a log-retention policy.

Advertising and analytics

Advertising and analytics are disabled in this release. The site does not load a Google advertising script, an analytics SDK, remote fonts, or a tracking pixel as part of normal play.

If these services are introduced, this notice and the privacy controls must be updated before they run. Advertising will require a reviewed privacy implementation, appropriate disclosures, and any required consent or opt-out mechanism. There is no pretend consent banner or active ad preference in the current version.

External websites

Rizo Apparel is the physical side of the same brand, but rizo.store ↗ is a separate Shopify website. Shopping, its contact form, GitHub links, and other external services have their own data practices. This game does not send your save or Keeper ID to them.

Your controls

Export a save through Journal → More before clearing website data. The in-game reset and your browser’s storage controls can delete local progress. Removing a Home Screen icon may not clear all browser storage; use your browser’s website-data controls if you want to remove it.

Local data remains until it is changed by play, reset, cleared by the browser, or removed by you. The browser may evict it. A downloaded backup remains wherever you saved it.

Age and future advertising

The game is currently recommended for ages 13 and older. A recommendation is not an advertising or privacy classification. This release does not personalize advertising to anyone. Audience treatment must be reviewed before ads or analytics are enabled.

Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the Rizo contact page ↗. That form operates on the apparel website.
